NTxSI MS Scholar Program at UT Dallas

The North Texas Semiconductor Institute (NTxSI) is pleased to announce the launch of the NTxSI Scholar Program at The University of Texas at Dallas, beginning Fall 2026.

This competitive graduate fellowship supports 20 Master’s students pursuing degrees in Materials Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. Benefits include:

  • Tuition support for four semesters
  • Stipend support for five semesters, including a summer research opportunity
  • A Graduate Certificate in Semiconductor Technology
  • A semiconductor-focused thesis project

Scholars will also gain professional exposure through:

  • Funded attendance at the MS Semiconductor Scholars Conference
  • Industry seminars, mentorship, and site visits

We invite universities and colleges across the U.S. to share this opportunity with eligible students. The program is open to U.S. citizens and permanent residents applying to UT Dallas graduate programs.
